Cancellation, Refund and Changes;

We are aware of that you also do not want any cancellation of your holiday that you are waiting for a long time period and we understand you. In case of evidencing imperative conditions (health problems death, etc) we hereby guarantee that your payment will be refunded in full without seeking for any time period limitation.

Your spouse or a close friend of you to whom you want to make a surprise may not enjoy the reservation you made for holiday house that you have impressed, liked very much.  He/she may have decided to spend holiday in a different region or you might want to make your reservation for another house you liked more in a different platform.

Considering these, we offer you 24 hours time to cancel your reservation after becoming definite. In case of cancellation in this period, advance payment you have made will be refunded to you in full.

At the end of 24 hours, as your reservation became definite and to allocate said house to your name, advance payment is made to the owner of such house. Therefore, 35% advance payment made to make reservation definite cannot be refunded at the end of 24 hours.

General cancellation conditions are as follows;

*35% of total amount until 61 days before start time of reservation,

*50% of total amount until 60 – 31 days before start day of reservation

*100% of total amount until 30 – 0 days before start day of reservation will not be refunded. .

Other than general conditions of cancellation, cancellations may change depending on conditions of house owners. Conditions of cancellation specific to each house are mentioned in details of each house.  Please read cancellation conditions of holiday house you are intending to reserve carefully.
