3- How can I make reservation on EvTatilim?
* After you prefer your holiday home, you can submit request form from relevant page. We will return you as soon as possible.
4- I am looking for a house with special properties, what can I do to find the house I look for easily?
* You can select one of the holiday houses available on our main page if your want or you can select your holiday region and time then by using detailed filter (like number of rooms, type of pool) you can fing the house you are looking for among the results shown easily. If you don’t want to deal with these, you can submit your request to us on “Contact Us” section; our team will be happy to assist you in finding best suitable house.
5- Is it necessary to provide my identity details while I am lodging in holiday house?
* It is mandatory to submit a valid identity document including for babies and children pursuant to provisions of Law on Notification of Identity no: 1774.
6- Is there a capacity limit of the house I am going to rent? Can I invite any number of my friends?
* Capacity of accommodation is specified in each of the house you can rent. Exceeding specified capacity is not allowed; it is also mandatory to notify identities of guests to stay within capacity to us pursuant to requirements of law.
7- What are payment methods?
* You may pay either with credit card or by means of money transfer or EFT.
8- Are rental prices of houses are fixed?
* As for hotels, renting prices of houses vary depending on the dates you want to stay. You can inspect daily prices of houses based on months specified in explanation part of each house or you can view prices based on months by selecting time periods of lodging.
9- Are the prices determined according to number of persons?
* Other than our houses provided meal- beverage services, the price of all house are specified as one night stay price rather than per person.
10- Should I make any other payment than rental price?
* Other than rental fee, damage deposit and if required, electricity, water or entry cleaning fee may be paid. Damage deposit is refunded during evacuation if there is no damage caused. Damage deposit and if any, extra payment details are explained in explanation section of the houses.
11- At least how long I should stay in a house I like?
* Shortest stay periods of houses may vary. Minimum required period of stay is specified in details section of the house you want to rent..
12- What are available in the surroundings of the house I will stay? How can I reach details like transport, market, etc.?
* You can reach assistance information like distance to sea, market, city center in details section of the houses.
13- I have doubts to see a house other than that I have rented. Can I receive detailed information before reservation?
* All houses available in EvTatilim are offered to you after seen by us in their location. You can receive detailed information by contacting us; you can request detailed photos or video. If you have time, we can also show the house you liked depending on convenience. '
14- I have made reservation and advance payment. What are the conditions if I want to cancel?
*General cancellation conditions is valid for all of our houses however some house owners are applying different cancellation conditions. Cancellation conditions are specified on details section of the houses and in the contract we have executed with you.
15- Does any contract submitted to me when I rent the house?
* When you are being a member of EvTatilim.com a membership contract is executed with you. In addition, when you ask for reservation for any holiday house, the contract of that house is submitted to you to check and sign to approve.
16- I cannot find the address of the house I have rented. Will anyone assist me during entrance?
* The position of the holiday house you have rented and contact details of the person to welcome you, will be delivered to you a few days before your entry date.
